mayphly
Bee-gathered pollens are rich in proteins, free amino acids, and vitamins, including B-complex and folic acid. I feed this maybe once every other week. The greater variety of foods you feed your shrimp the happier and healthy they will be. High5's
I just ordered some CSF bee pollen from Han. It's a great supplementary food for shrimps and beneficial to overall shrimp health.
