You'll have to keep crossing them back and forth until you only get shadow panda, and not blue bolt or pandas. What I mean is if you do bluebolt x panda and after a while get shadow panda, you breed the shadow panda offspring with another back and forth and back and forth until you have 100% offspring that are shadow pandas.
