Shrimp death

Recommended Posts

When my tank was running CO2 and it turned out there was excess of it, my shrimps died and their front half was turning yellowish. Not sure if it's a indication of intoxication or simply a normal process when their internal organs just fall apart after death.

Can you sent us a photo?

I had once a dead mature panda shrimp that had a big red/orange spot on the back of his head. This can be caused due to blood that fills up in that place which shows the orange spot.

But shrimp blood is clear...
