20 long divoded beta tank?

I see 20 long tanks divided into 5 or so sections would it be plausible to use these as breading tanks? A small power head driven along filter in each or a very small hang on back with along intake?

At 20 gal that's. 4 gallons per section is that to small if all I'm using it for is small groups? 10-50?
