Soothing Shrimp
Suggestions on how to ship trumpet snails cheaply?
Vpier
Your talking about MTS? I ordered some when I 1st started and bought some on ebay. it was sent 1st class in a bubble wrap envelope with a tiny amount of water and paper towels in a ziplock baggie and they did fine. Im guessing right now most of the country's temp are reseaonable, they should be fine. I know MTS can take big swings in temps and survive. If use you a breather bag that would work better than a ziplock. One more thing, they were sent from Thailand. Soothing Shrimp
Dluxeshrimps
i put them in a baggie with a damp towel and they are fine. 1st class mail. shipped them when temps were 30 degrees out with no heat pack. they all survived.

OMG Aquatics
With the terrible handling of USPS, I recommend using a 8 oz or higher styrofoam cup in a 6x4x4 box. That way the package doesn't get squished. Soothing Shrimp
Soothing Shrimp
I think the pricing for priority is comparable between a padded envelope and 7x7x6 anyway, no?
OMG Aquatics
Yep 1 lb 776 cheapest is $5.75, max is around $7.16 if my memory is correct. Padded Flat Rate is around $6 I think? Soothing Shrimp
