Sick shrimp?

One of my newer shrimp (less than a month old) is lying on his side, little legs moving.  It's like it is a wind-up toy that has been knocked over but is still moving, winding down.  I assume it is dying of something or other.  Can anyone shed any light on this for me?

Possibly molting.

Desperate for an update...

He died. 

I left him overnight and he was lying on his side, still moving his legs.  The next morning he was upright again but not moving.  If I looked really hard it seemed like his little legs were moving a tiny bit so I left him.  I watched him all day but he never moved...and the next morning I declared him dead.  The body came apart as I was taking it out.

So I have no idea what happened, or why, but he died from it.  Very strange.

I'm sorry I know the pain. My favorite shrimp committed suicide (leapt out of the tank) a couple of weeks ago and I'm still bummed.
