lizam
If this is is in the wrong place I'm sorry. Just wondering if a mystery snail will eat my bucephalandra? I know they might eat some...? I can always move him to another tank if so. I like the little guy/girl but eating my buce is kind of an expensive snack Thank you
Wygglz
I'm sure others will chime in here, but I have about 15 Mystery Snails in a 75 gal and they haven't snacked on any of the plants. Have 2 more in a 6 gal and again, no damage to plants or moss, though they do try to hog the shrimp food.
jem_xxiii
a quick online search says they eat dying and decaying plant matter only. buces are a pretty expensive snack to risk in my opinion.
Dluxeshrimps
mine always hog the shrimp food. I like the fact that sometimes the shrimps leave remains in the dish and the mystery snails come in and eats its all. a clean plate for next feeding.
