How old are they?

i just got them from my local fish shop. they are all around 1-1.3cm in size

The 2nd one up looks fem, but at this size they can be real foolers.  When they are closer to one inch (2.5cm) you'll be able to know better.

Even as a seller it's nearly impossible to figure out juvies.  So time will tell.

As I was looking at this topic as I'm trying to get better with sexing shrimp also. I think 1-3 is Male and 4-5 are females. Looking through the responses looks like I agree Soothing Shrimp .

agreed they are calm and soothing. my 1yr old son will just sit and watch the shrimps swim around.

Yes last two definitely female, the first two probably male but can be female, 3d definitely male.

one more question. my ph range from 6.3-6.8 hot maintain a gd range of 6.2-6.5?

Yes sometime when you think it's male he can turn up female with eggs under the belly   It's easier to guess the gender when they fully grown and if female had a babies in the past she will be much fatter underneath than males and other females who never had the babies.
