hiru85 Posted November 12, 2015 Author Report Posted November 12, 2015 not sure which is male and which is female Quote
hiru85 Posted November 12, 2015 Author Report Posted November 12, 2015 i just got them from my local fish shop. they are all around 1-1.3cm in size Quote
Soothing Shrimp Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 The 2nd one up looks fem, but at this size they can be real foolers. When they are closer to one inch (2.5cm) you'll be able to know better. Quote
Soothing Shrimp Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 Well, here's my guess at this size: 1 male 2 male 3 male 4 fem 5 fem Quote
hiru85 Posted November 12, 2015 Author Report Posted November 12, 2015 Tnx alot. At least i know e owner is honest. As i asked him for mix of male n female. Quote

Soothing Shrimp Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 City could be correct on genders. Difficult to tell at this stage. Quote
Citycode01 Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 City could be correct on genders. Difficult to tell at this stage. Yes sometime when you think it's male he can turn up female with eggs under the belly It's easier to guess the gender when they fully grown and if female had a babies in the past she will be much fatter underneath than males and other females who never had the babies.
