ShrimpP Posted April 19, 2016 Report Share Posted April 19, 2016 Say you had a tank with 10, 20, 50, 100 or how ever many females, ripe and ready to mate, and added in just 1 male shrimp (Pinto), would the male only impregnate X amount of females? Do they run out of sperm? Just say you gave him a week or two to mate. Realistically, how many females would/could 1 male possibly impregnate within that time span? Was just thinking about putting one really nice male Pinto with many other females consisting of Pintos, Pinto Misch, Taitibee, Tibee, multiple Taiwan Bee variants, etc. and just see what nice shrimp come out.
