Have only been to their website to have a look as most of my transactions don't involve going to the actual site just linking in with it. I also don't like when sending money, I can't find a memo to write in a personal message. Don't have it on top of my head but I think you can go to another paypal site to print where a lot of people had success. Try googling it if this is your problem.
