Shrimpy Daddy
How many grams you intended to fit into each bags? I can advise the size if you let me know the weight. If you can find those bags that have wide bottom will be better. The one I bought is flat bottom type and is a bit hard to fill them. Subtletanks91
I'm going to be making food to roll out into a flat pack. Like frozen blood worms are so the stand up pouches won't work. Its going to need to be about a centimeter thick. I'm not sure how many grams it will be since it will be a solid frozen piece.
Shrimpy Daddy
Wet food?
Subtletanks91
Pasty food. Clay like. Stick to the glass or in a dish and sick it.
Shrimpy Daddy
Oh, then I can help gauge the weight and size of bag. One thing to take note of paste food. It may dissolve too fast at one shot and pollute the water in acute manner.
Soothing Shrimp
Would not be a bad idea to try the food in a clear glass of water first and see if it breaks down in 24 hrs thus fouling water.
Shrimpy Daddy
There is another method I am using, especially feeding babies and Sulawesi shrimp. Instead of making wafer or paste, I just use the powder mixture and feed them in directly. You can see how I feed them in an old thread in another forum: http://forum.shrimpnow.com/forums/showthread.php/11177-Homemade-Shrimp-Food?highlight=homemade
Subtletanks91
Haha, duff is making the shrimp food. I'm making fish food, different composition entirely... It shouldn't dissolve or break up in the water, but I am already ahead of you on the glass of water
